PHOTO SECTION

We created this section of our website to share a few of the photos that I've taken the past few years. If anyone has others they would like to share with our readers, please send them to us.

The glory and miracles of God are all around us, if we'll just take the time to notice. One of the ways that God reveals Himself is through His creation. I think the reason many of us do not notice is that God's miracles are so commonplace. I once heard Jim Kennedy give the following illustration. "Suppose the earth was void of any type of blooming plant, but one day, someone discovered a bush with beautiful red roses. The founders would fence it off and people would come from all over the world to marvel at its beauty." Because the wonders of God's creation are all around us, we tend to take most for granted. We want to encourage everyone to take a moment to enjoy a beautiful flower, the stars at night, a breath-taking sunset; however, remember to worship the creator rather than the creation.
